o Videotaping Release – This conference allows interaction and is being recorded. By purchasing this class, I understand that I can fully participate in the conference without volunteering to be an on-film attendee. If I do come on video to ask questions or share a story, I grant permission for my image and voice to appear in training programs produced by the speakers, EnKA and their affiliates. I also realize I might appear in background audience shots, as well as other “still” photos during the conference. I grant permission for my image to appear in any speaker and / or EnKA publicity and social marketing efforts
o EnKA Release Agreement – We reserve the right to change speakers and faculty due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.
o Refund Policy – Since event is being live-streamed, refunds will not be available.
